It's very nice, I can see that it must have taken a long time. However to critique this, I'd like to say that maybe you shouldn't use white in the eyes, if you were doing a highlight then it should go in the top of the eyes. The red dots on the cheeks are a bit overlarge for Pikachu, and so are the arms. I think you may have overstuffed the body a bit, but other than that, I think it's pretty good! Your daughter (or sister or cousin) sure looks happy! I'm a harsh critic by the way! XD
